How to make Hat Bread. YOU'LL NEED... 6 dinner rolls 80 grams unsalted butter (microwaved 1 minute at 200 watts) 60 grams sugar 1 egg 80 grams flour, sifted LET'S GET COOKING... Combine butter, sugar and egg in a bowl and mix well. Add in sifted flour and mix until combined. Pour batter into a plastic bag. Snip off one corner of the bag. Place dinner rolls on baking sheet and pipe batter on top. Bake for 14 minutes at 200 degrees C.
