I made a video that I want to show everybody how much I hard work I did for 200 days at the gym from January 1, 2017 - June 22, 2018.
There are pictures from day 1 - 200 and videos as well.
Here's my story. When I was 13 years old - 18 years old, I work out but not like always and when I was 19 - 22, I stop working out. I was getting fat and I was lazy as well. When I was 23 - 25, I tried working out again but life kept me and I would only workout with my friends for free. I couldn't afford paying monthly back then. The age 26, I keep seeing I was gaining fat weight and I keep telling myself "I will go back to the gym once I have enough money to pay monthly." I saw I was 200 pounds and I told myself "I will go back to the gym soon" so I did on January 1st, 2017. I decided to keep in track by checking in on Facebook to see how far I can push myself of working out. I just hit my 200 days at the gym on June 22, 2018 and all I can say I'm happy that I am still working out. I met new friends and I am always motivated. From 200 pounds, I lost weight down to 178 pounds and I'm back to 190 pounds. It's not just fat, I gain muscles and I'm still doing my best to go down to 150 - 160 pounds.
I want to motivate the people who doesn't go to the gym or who is just starting going to the gym. Just stay healthy and make your body strong. Once you get older 40 - 50 years old, you don't want to carry heavy weights because I think the body can't carry heavy equipments and it will be a struggle. I also see people who are 50 - 90 years old not being healthy and not being strong as well. There are super rare people who are 90+ who are healthy and strong that are still alive because they took care of themselves when they were younger. Try to eat healthy food and always drink water everyday. Stay away junk food as much as you can and stay away from sodas. Take care of yourself and live longer.
I want to challenge you how far can you push yourself in the gym and what your progress looks like. Do it for yourself and keep on motivated.
I want to say thanks to my friends who push me and help me when I was struggling. I know I will get much stronger and more buff hahaha jk maybe. Enjoy the video and hit that like button please 😁😁😁 subscribe to my channel if you didn't yet. Comment below if you want me to keep making more videos of working out. Sorry if the video is almost 20 minutes long.
