Today was good in deadlift.
So last Saturday, I hit my new max 275lbs of 1 rep and today, I just did 4 reps!!! I realized when I was lifting, I forgot to put my belt on and I never forget to do that except today. I am so proud of myself that I'm going up and so close hitting 3 plates of 325lbs.
