From February 1st - April 11th, 2016
I started 95 pounds (no video for that) for my 1st week of dead lift. When week pass by, I have increase my weights and today, I reached 265 pounds but only 3 reps. I will keep on pushing much harder to do 10 reps so I can move on to the next weight.
